    CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

    The INKAS® website does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). INKAS® does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If INKAS® becomes aware that they have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, they will take steps to remove that information from INKAS® servers.

    GDPR PRIVACY NOTICE

    On May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into effect. The GDPR aims to increase the level of security and protection of personal data in the EU and has replaced the European Privacy Directive and all national legislation.

    As seen throughout this privacy policy, INKAS® has already implemented a consistent level of data protection and as of May 25, 2018, is fully compliant with GDPR regulations and has all policies, processes, and procedures in place.
